We conducted our first My Therapy House Planning Day telehealth meeting on Friday!
We discussed the way we are currently working, as well as what we plan to do in the future. Dr. Margaret Kyrkou joined us early in the day to discuss service provision and the importance of maintaining open communication.
Susan Sansome, who is a Quality and Organisational Development Team Leader at Department of Human Services then entered the meeting. Susan gave us some fantastic insights into the auditing process. We also discussed our Quality Assurance pathways and how to continue making our service better for everyone – clients, families, and staff.

My Therapy House® will continue to work in a telehealth capacity until the State and Federal Governments provide advice that it is safe to resume our face-to-face services.
