My Therapy House 2022 Survey – Results

Thank you to those families who participated in our 2022 Annual Client Satisfaction Survey.

We appreciate everyone’s support and patience, working together with us through illness, COVID Restrictions, and staff changes.

Here’s what you had to say!

Overall Satisfaction

  • 65% of families loved our service
  • 30% families liked our service
  • 5% of families felt  neutral about our services

We continue to improve on the amount of responses we are receiving back from families, which is fantastic and the information collected in this survey all goes towards improving My Therapy House services.

This year we continued to enforce COVID-19 restrictions, with the health of our clients and staff being a high priority.  Preventative measures by wearing facemasks, sanitising between clients and a temperature check upon arrival.

The survey indicated that most families are satisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene measures we have in place.

Our Values

We asked families to indicate what My Therapy House values were important to them.

Families rated QUALITY as the most important of our values, which is what we strive to achieve every day through the way we work, connect and communicate with our clients.

The four highest areas of our service the respondents were most satisfied with were:

  • our therapy rooms
  • the cleanliness of our practice
  • our reception services
  • the punctuality of staff to start and finish sessions.

Availability and contactability of staff and the duration of sessions also rated highly, with each of these areas scoring over 80%.

Other highlights from our survey include:

  • Over 90% of respondents are satisfied that our staff are highly trained in their disciplines
  • Over 95% of respondents feel that My Therapy House staff listen to their concerns and are available to discuss their child’s development
  • Over 95% of families understand their rights as consumers of our services, and how to provide feedback

When asked if their child is happy to attend My Therapy House, 100% of respondents replied “yes”! This is wonderful news for us because research shows that when a child is happy and feels comfortable and secure, this is when they learn and develop the best. We are always looking for ways to make My Therapy House a happy place for all children and families and we welcome feedback in all different ways.

We asked, “What is one word (or short phrase) that YOU, as a parent or caregiver, would use to best describe what My Therapy House means to you?” Here are some of your responses:

ProfessionalismCrucialGaps in development are addressed

Finally …

Our favourite part of the Annual Survey is asking what word your child would use to describe what My Therapy House means to them.

The word for 2022 is once again  … FUN!

My Therapy House Fun

Thanks again for helping us make My Therapy House a safe, child and family-friendly practice for all.

Up Close and Personal with Kristine Orbiso

From my very first interactions with the team, there was something that just felt different. The environment felt warm, personal, and genuinely connected. I was looking for a place where people support one another, openly share ideas, and are passionate about growing together.

I did not write Attuned Workplaces because I wanted to add another book to the world.
I wrote it because I could no longer ignore what I was seeing.
